Our centrepiece, on a chic mango-wood round platter: 5 locally cured meats, 6 local & international cheeses, dried and fresh seasonal fruit, berries, fruit paste, nuts, dips, gourmet crackers, Sicilian olives, cornichons, semi-dried tomatoes, stuffed peppers and pickled chillies. Sliced fresh in house for your order. Boards carry a $100 bond, refunded when we collect the cleaned board within 48 hours.
